IBD: Accounting interview
I’ve been invited to interview for a senior analyst role at one of the EBs (Laz/Evercore/PJT) in a few days.
There will be two interviews back to back and I was warned they will be heavily technical and tough.
Interview 1 will focus on financial accounting and the three statements
Interview 2 will focus on IBD/M&A technicals
I haven’t interviewed in forever so I’m a bit rusty. I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight into what sorts of questions could be asked for both these interviews especially interview 1 focused on accounting.
