IBD Internal Transfer: NYC --> London?
Hey all,
I'm a current 1st-year analyst at a top BB in NYC. I am an international student, so currently on my OPT, which I have an option to use for another 2 years (given my STEM degree).
I am, however, pretty exhausted by the restrictions I face as an international here in the U.S., as I can't really recruit for other opportunities / travel as much as I would want to.
Curious if anyone here has transferred from the U.S. office to the London office within the same firm? How did you navigate the process / were you happy with your decision?
