I had a first round interview 3 weeks ago for an off cycle in IBD at MS London and I still have no answer for the next steps
Do you know if it is normal or if the 2nd round will take place in November ? Or if some people have already received an offer ?

There’s 2 rounds of phone interviews
Had the first PI one month ago, then a second one two weeks ago. I think their process is quite slow. Around 2/3 weeks between each step
Is the first round more competency-based or will it have technicals as well?
Depends on the interviewer

They are taking their time in general it's not the fastest firm to answer. Do you have a group preference?

I’m in a pretty much similar situation, but in MS Madrid office OC position. I haven’t heard back after 2nd round, exactly 3 weeks ago. Followed up on Friday with the secretary who was always the person to run the process but no response yet. I don’t know if it’s normal but after 3 weeks I got low expectations to be honest...
