I’m a VP in EB Restructuring. Looking for an associate.
Are you interested in being an associate at an EB in the restructuring group? I’m a VP and looking for some good candidates.
Drop me a PM with a few bullets on your experience, why you like restructuring, and why we should bring you in for an interview. Obviously previous rx experience is ideal.
I’d like to help bring in a few folks from WSO in to interview. Help me help you.
The community is helping the VP lol. Restructuring firms are having a hard time hiring after seeing a significant amount of exits with limited interest from your traditional sources of lateral candidates.
Meh, not really. Rx has slowed down a bit so we’re fine. Actually was just kind of feeling altruistic last night. Feel free to apologize and then DM me why you may be interested in the role.
Trying to snag that sweet $10k recruiting referral bonus?
If i told you that the process of sifting through random PMs on WSO, setting up follow-on calls, talking to HR to get people in, then convincing people on my team to spend time talking to you, is not worth $5,000 after tax to me, would you be surprised? Am I being ridiculous by saying I don't care about $5K after tax?
I care about helping people deserving who may not otherwise have a shot, and for bringing good talent into my group.
Everyone knows how many people are begged to join PJT/HL/LAZ lmao
Let's be honest here, the less you rely on HR to recruit, the better it is.
