In general, what percent of the bank fee does the MD get?
Let’s say a bank gets $10m in fees from a deal that an MD brought in and executed. If he’s the only MD, what percent would he get?
Just curious as I heard it used to be 50% at my place but isn’t anymore.
Depends on the bank/MD in question but would say anywhere from 5%-20%+
