Insight on Morgan Stanley DCM?

Hi I’m an associate in a DCM group at a mid tier BB (Barclays/citi/BofA) and heard that Morgan Stanley’s DCM team does some great work and has a nice culture/WLB. Can anyone confirm or provide more insight? Thanks in advance.
