Insight programmes before uni in 2024 for London finance roles
Hey I'm in the army now and will be enrolling into a London target uni starting September 2024. I'd like to learn more about the financial industry (not necessarily investment banking, even the buyside roles or research roles like ER will be a good learning experience for me). I will be ending my army stint this year December and was wondering if there are any virtual insight programmes for 2024 (or even in person insight programmes in London) that I should keep a look out for as an international
Spring weeks are the formal insights that most banks do.
There will also be presentations etc hosted by societies and whatnot but that's obviously uni dependent.
Apart from that man, just read. The internet is at your fingertips and there's piles of resources.
I see. Thank you for your reply. Will taking up internships by firms like EY, KPMG in my home country as an intern look good on my resume when I do apply to spring weeks in London banks. Coz I'm not sure if virtual insights will be helpful as anyone can take part in them based on my knowledge
