Insights on Wells Fargo M&A in London

Good evening all,I have recently applied to a senior M&A associate position at Wells Fargo in their London Office. Does anyone can provide some info on their M&A team in London? How strong is the team, what sectors they are good at, how is the culture, pay, etc.I would be lateraling from a decent MM boutique (think of Houlihan, Blair, Baird), so I want to know if the movement is worth.

Not much of a presence in London, had an offer but ended up at another MM bank for the summer instead. Would say Houlihan is well clear in London, Blair as well though less so. Baird also has limited presence in London though I hear.
