Insurance to IB/ HF
I currently work in Insurance in London, specialising in alternative risk transfer.
How can I transition into a market-facing role at a bank or hedge fund?
For context, I have prior M&A internship experience at a Big 4 firm, a master’s in finance from a target school, and proficiency in Python and SQL ( e.g. I’ve developed programs to price financial products, manage investment risks, and analyze portfolios, which I actively use for my private investments).
