Intelligent questions to ask a COO/Director?
Hi,
I have an interview coming up and will get to talk with the firms COO and a director. I know that the questions at the end are not too important but I don't want to play it vanilla and I also don't want to ask something about covid as that is boring.
What sort of questions do you think makes one stand out? I am assuming they won't have given much away about their backgrounds and I just know that they are in positions of leadership.

Also- if I have an offer from another firm, would it be arrogant for me to ask them why I should go with their firm if I got the offer?
