So I was wondering how promotions are communicated in your respective banks (specifically for juniors going from analyst to associate as I expect there's less politics and people don't generally care). Do you get told during the year end review or is it just a quick email/chat after bonus'/ start of new year?
Your insight would be much appreciated as I'm quite a strong performing analyst with good feedback but no hints so far of promo.
