Coming from a small CF M&A house and starting on the desk in a bulge bracket next week as a full time M&A Associate. Anybody got advice for for the first few weeks - impressions, how to manage analysts (who may be better than you), how to impress VPs, EDs, MDs etc. etc. etc.!
