Investment Banking Internship Modelling Test - What to expect?

Hi All,

I've been invited for a 2-hour excel modelling test with a boutique IB firm in London, I've never done this before so was wondering what to expect in terms of the type of models I am most likely to be asked to create. What exactly are employers looking at when assessing these types of tests, is it speed, accuracy, questioning assumptions etc?
