Hi everyone, bit of a rant but I am an AN3 and I am so over IB. I want out!
This is a terrible time in the market but I need options on exits with better WLB and less stress.
I am constantly tired, fatigued and sick because of the stress of this job. I am deeply unhappy and I want out.
Has anyone successfully exited to a better job with less stress but still have opportunity for growth?
