Is it difficult for an international student to stay at UK after Master?

I am going to pursue a master in finance in UK, anyone can share is it difficult to stay in UK (whatever city, tho prefer London) after master graduation from, let say the top 10 master in finance in UK? Or you would suggest any other country instead, if my plan is pursue a master and then stay there for a job. Please suggest or feel free to share

next year UK will start giving extra 2 years after graduation. So it will become easier to stay in the UK I suppose. But still, it will be a challenge to find a sponsor after that.

You mean I should apply more place for master? Or the job? I am not sure if other countries would consider someone completely hv no experience in that country.
