Is it possible to land London SA 2025?

For context, I am a rising junior at a US non target LAC, who is an international student. I am attending a UK school for my junior year. I tried recruiting for S&T and IB in the US, but had no luck, despite networking etc.

Is it possible to recruit for London SA 2025 cycle for IB or S&T? What's the process like? Is it even possible to do so? Thanks for any help!
