Intern in IB - Cov

Dude, what is this? You know it's possible; you know GS/MS/JPM is gonna have a better chance. I find it hard to believe that you're really a 2nd year analyst that has no idea about the London PE landscape....

Excusing the fact you sound like a bored and neurotic individual, the reason I am asking is there was a previous thread explaining in LDN HHs offer certain MF opportunities only to American BBs above EBs and European Banks. Therefore I am trying to discern whether they are all bucketed together or whether more coveted opportunities would only be applicable to GS/MS/JPM. If you have nothing productive to say on a thread, move on with you day.

The only banks that are discernably above the others are GS/MS/JPM, then rest of the BBs are together. Bofa and CS do a tiny bit better. Looking at Linkedin, ListAlpha data shows you this.

No idea how to place EBs, but I would wager the best are similar to "Tier 2" BBs and the worst a bit lower.

You will have a shot, focus on the things you can control going forward, BofA is a sick bank
