Cowen would be out of the question for consumer. Would look at Jefferies vs Piper. If it's the SF office under Janica, I would honestly take Piper. Great deal flow out of that group.

Jefferies is consumer too? The only office they give consumer offers for would be the Charlotte one (assuming this is for SA).
