Job hop - Applicable to banking?
Hey guys - I agree that it makes sense to job hop every 2 years to make more money if you work in corpo dev etc, however is this applicable to Investment Banking? I think the base salary is the same (let’s ignore 5k differences) across all banks, so what’s the point?
