JPM London Internal Lateral

How difficult is it to lateral internally within JP after a year or so. Current industry team does not align with my buy-side ambitions

I have seen previous individuals move internally from other teams into DI / Biz Services. How plausible is it to move into EMEA Tech / EMEA DI. JP recruits all the time for AN/ASO and has postings for laterals up on Linkedin.

Do they have a preference to top ranked analysts internally
