Keep failing video interviews!!! (HireVue etc.)
Every time I have done a video interview (HireVue or similar), I always get rejected. I am fine in normal interviews and on zoom, and I usually do well in written response questions, but on video interviews I have never succeeded, nor received feedback. I don't know what exactly my issue is, since I felt my answers weren't bad and I didn't stutter.
I would really appreciate any practical advice for doing well in HireVue-type interviews, since I have a pattern of failing them. Thanks in advance.
