How hard is it to move from EB in DACH after 1,2 years to a EB/BB in London?

Doable, but easier the other way around
any advice on how to approach this? What is the best way to get a foot in the door?
Would approach ppl on LinkedIn who moved from FFM BB/EB to get their opinion on how the process works. Also, can imagine that it would not hurt to talk to Kea, PER etc.
Doable in principle but really depends on the market. In 2021/22 would be v easy, now not so much
