Lateraling as an AN1

Hello,

I have been given the opportunity to lateral. Currently 4 months into my grad stint at a European BB, and have been offered the chance to lateral to GS/JPM/MS.

What are the trade offs I need to consider with such a move? How is it perceived, is moving to a US BB worth it from a European BB. I would be moving so a solid sector coverage team. How will this move improve my exit opps, please I want to hear all the info I can get.

I am very keen to move, but just want to understand the implications of such a move fully.
