I’m a first year analyst at a mid level BB with an offer at a top EB Rx group
i’m only taking this EB offer because of the name but am actively trying to get out of IB and onto the buyside ASAP. Am I better off staying at my current place if I’m just trying to leave within four months of my EB stint?
