I was wondering how easy it is to lateral from a lower mid market M&A boutique in London to some of the larger banks (could be MM/EB/BB). By lower mid market I’m talking about max £100m EV - Arrowpoint Advisory would be a good example most people would know about (ignoring their Roths brand and ownership what would an Arrowpoint type firm expect to have in terms of exits)
