Lazard Technical Test
I have an upcoming 1hr and 15min technical test for Lazard’s London office (IB Associate role). Appreciate if you can share any insights as to what this may involve.
While I am comfortable enough with modelling and technicals, I am coming from an MM background and want to make sure I have a very focused and result oriented preparation, so appreciate any guidance and tips people are willing to share. Should I expect an LBO model from scratch, or an accretion / dillution analysis, or something different entirely?
Nothing from scratch with that time frame.
Recently had a similar test from a BB - fixing the existing model which came with some glitches.
There might be some short answers required.
Best of luck and let me know how it goes
Appreciate any further insights here
Any further insights here? Have the same test upcoming
All banking interviews I did as a lateral involved an LBO - some from scratch and some already
