Leave IB to go work at brothers hedge fund?

Good afternoon, I am an analyst at a BB in London, my brother has offered me a portfolio manager role at his hedge fund. Heres some background on him; he founded a tech startup and got really lucky; launched his IPO and then got fucking rich. So he started a HF and now has $300 million AUM, I have no fucking idea how he managed to do that. He also wants to hire my wife who is a quant and has a degree in computer programming and computational finance. My brother says he will split the 20% fee between me and him 50/50. My wife gets nothing he says, as me and her have a joint bank account. Is he on coke, or is this a good offer to accept?
