Leaving less than a year. Thoughts?
Title says it all. Went from markets to IB and fed up with condescending boss, unannounced timelines until last minute so never know when things are really needed, constant pitching to other IB teams to get in front of clients (terrible batting average), and bad team culture. I was trying to push and get through to 1 year but mental/physical health has declined rapidly in last 2 months and do not see myself in this industry in the future anymore. Downside is repaying the sign-on I got upfront which will hurt financially. Any advice?
