Left the Industry to Start a RE Investing Firm- Need Fundraising Advice

Hi everyone,

You all (well a large number of you at least) are smart and entrepreneurial people. I need some advice.

I started a RE Investing firm recently and with the small capital that I have gathered together (from family and friends), I was able to do two successful investments with a good rate of return. However, I am trying to do fundraising. How should I pitch my firm? Do I have a slim chance in managing a successful fundraise if I only have invested say 500k GBP?

I know these are a lot of questions but I could do with some advice. If any of you want to get on a call to discuss this further, then please DM me. Happy to make connections!

Thanks,

BP_1 aka King Kunta
