I recently got a CB offer at a BB. Was wondering if there's any chance I could leverage for IB. If anyone's done it in the past or know people that have done this I would love to hear it. I'm confident in my interviewing ability but I just don't think I can turn an offer down especially right now.

Do the internship at Citi. Not only is Citi a top bank for CB, but internal mobility is definitely possible. If you get a return offer, you can ask HR to go have an AC for IBD (if there's space). I've seen even CCB people do that, so no reason you can't. But you never know, you might yet like CB.
