Lifters - how do you properly maintain a cut with the hours?
Maybe I'm weak but I can't properly do a cut. The lack of food messes with me mentally during late nights and I just feel starving during the day. My weights have gone down and I just feel weak.
I'm working about 90 hours or so right now.
Get one of those desk treadmills to assert dominance so everyone knows you're a fitness hardo...then you'll get the extra energy from the ego boost
but seriously why does it seem like every week there's some post about lifter dudes complaining about how they can't exercise 4 hours a day
And OP how tf is this forum supposed to make you feel less hungry and stronger?? it's not like there's some magical life hack that can enable you to work 90 hours and look like patrick bateman
spend like 15 minutes when you get home to make a bunch of chicken breast. I usually leave it in the fridge and eat it with some hummus and tzatiziki sauce cold. I find heating up chicken makes it taste terrible but eating it cold still tastes quite fantastic. Easy way to get that protein and keep energy up.
To cut on this job during deal sprints is quite hard. Given how sedentary you become you have to cut calories extremely low. You either need very high self control or just eat super healthy calorie light food like vegetables chicken breast etc. Both propositions kind of suck
