It's a UK domestic bank which means they pay like shit compared to US or even EU peers (we're talking ~40k vs 60-70k base for analysts).
Not very enticing even considering that I've seen that they also have some significant transactions in terms of securitization. Do you know what percentage the bonus usually could be?
