LND Summer Internship offers: Santander vs Redburn

I have summer internship offers for the London position from both firms.
- Santander: M&A Team
- Rotschild & Co. Redburn: Equity Research

I am not sure which position to take, ideally if anyone has an insight into the conversion rates for these programmes that would really help.

My main aim is to just get a full time position where I get to learn as much as I can.

From my understanding M&A is the best way to get that sort of exposure.
However, Redburn is also a really solid name so I am finding it a bit difficult to compare the two.

Depends on your long term goal and your current situation but for most M&A > Equity Research even though your WLB is significantly worse. Quite straightforward to switch to a better brand later on so would not worry about it
