I've seen more internal mobility at MS than at Barclays. There is no right age to do it - it just depends on you - are you willing to leave all your friends in London behind just to move for the US? Etc..

I am an M&A banker i want to move to the US because the salry is slightly higher there at MD level you see unlike some analysts and interns i am entering IB for the long term to make it MD or partner one day
