My EB pays A2A a sign-on bonus of £25k (paid into your bank account alongside your Analyst end of year bonus).
Want to know if this is above market, market standard, or below market for London. Does anyone have any figures for their firms? Also would be great if you could specify if you're BB/EB/MM/Boutique etc.

Thanks, total comp including A2A sign on across those I’ve spoke to at my EB was GBP135 - 145k. How does this compare, pretty standard or above/below?
Note: I’m not at a PJT / CVP, I’ve heard they pay above market, any idea what it would be there?
Sounds about right on average across the street. ie 55-60k base + 100% bonus for top bucket + 25k sign on.
Is it acceptable to ask HR whether they pay an A2A sign on and if so how much it is? If you’re recruiting for lateral analyst roles?
