London Analysts, how often do you WFH and what time do you leave the office?
Seems like there is a big divide between different banks. Would appreciate any detail.
I'll be the first. At my regional boutique, most analysts leave at around 11pm and WFH 2 days a week on average.

Currently at HL. I'm in 5 days a week although can WFH post 5 o'clock if there isn't a deliverable the next day. This is my team's culture, but most other teams are allowed to WFH 1-2 days a week as long as nothing to deliver the next day.

Difficult to say. Last month has been pretty relaxed but before that I had 3 months of very long hours. Average would be until 12 though I’d say over the course of the year.
At a Top BB; Friday WFH and some days I leave at 7/8 and WFH for the evening if nothing very live. I live walking distance away from my office so I actually prefer not working in my flat
