Hi everyone,
I did an IBD summer internship in London this year and recently found that my bank pays the annual bonus from the beginning on in two instalments: one in the month of the review, and the other six months later. This means that, no matter when you resign during the year, you will lose 50% of your (either upcoming or last years) bonus. Is this common practice in the UK across BB/EB/MM?
