Have received a graduate job offer to join a big 4 TAS group, and was wondering what type of exit opportunities after 2/3 years are common, especially in terms of the types of banks its possible to lateral into (e.g. is it possible to move to EBs or solid MM banks like WB/HW/HL etc.). Also any potential info on direct laterals to PE.
