Don’t commute that way any more but used to for a few years when it was just “Thames Clipper”. To get between Canary Wharf and London Bridge it is epic, especially in Summer when you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. It’s also immune from tube strike and you get queue jump with a season ticket whilst the tubers are lining up for an hour trying to get a boat.
CW/LB was about 12 minutes from memory - it gets slower as you go more central so worth doing some test runs.
Haven't used it for work commute but generally seems to be slightly slower than the tube (agree it gets even slower after LB) and almost twice the price, not worth it imo for daily commute.
