London IBD looking to move to US/Dubai

I’m an IBD analyst in London wanting to experience a new city and relocate abroad possibly to any of the following: San Francisco, LA, NYC or Dubai.

I’m not at a major investment bank that offers internal relocation so I’ll have to explore external roles.

A) Is this possible or would firms decline me straight away due to visa issues and logistics etc?

B) If possible, does anyone know how I should approach this? Should I reach out to headhunters I find online in those areas to see if they could help? Or is it better to cold email via LinkedIn current bankers in those offices? Or should I just apply for any roles I see online (although I feel this would be a dead end)

C) If anyone works in any of these locations and has a role available at their office feel free to comment and I can shoot you a message to connect.

Thank you.
