Interested in when do applications for spring week usually open?
Also for anyone who got in this year, what are some tips and tricks for getting in and converting it to SA?

I don't know, I never got any spring weeks, only SA.

What would you say is the % of europeans from Italy/Germany/France… that they take?
Differs from company to company. I have no actual stats but from my experience I'd say maybe 15-20% are from Europe? Mostly have been from Bocconi
