London WFH Update (December 2021)
With the recent news from the UK government advising WFH should be mandatory for companies, unless business critical meetings arise, I was hoping to guage which firms are WFH fully.
I understand big 4 are fully WFH unless exceptional cases occur. How are BB / EB / buy side firms reacting? Are they too fully WFH.
Finally how long can we expect this advice to last? Until February / end of winter, or just for rest of 2021?
Would be interested to hear juniors perspectives especially.
Cheers
Nothing changed, can still go in if you want or WFH if you want. Only thing that changed for me is I have to wear mask around the office again but that’s about it.
I have been WFH 2 days a week since we came out lockdown so not much has changed, will WFH more over next few weeks as it’s the much easier option when hungover from Xmas nights out.
We are indefinitely WFH until there is further guidance from the government. Not ideal.
Anybody have a list of hybrid WFH banks indefinitely
Citi is really team dependent, in theory 3 days a week in but how strictly that is followed varies
