Looking for a mentor to break into NYC IB

Thought I'd shoot my shot here to see if anyone's interested. I am an apprentice, not sure if this is common in the US, but basically am a school leaver working in a mid market investment bank, whilst studying for my university degree at the same time, and am looking for a mentor to help me break into NYC from London.
