LSE or Cass to break into IB as a Master's student
Hello all,
I am a student trying to break into investment banking as a Master's student. However, I cannot decide where to go in order to optimize my chances. Currently, I have an offer from Cass Business School for a Master's in Finance degree as well as an offer from LSE for political economics.
The Cass program is tailored better for IB obviously and is more interesting to me, but LSE is a better brand. Does anyone have any input on this? How likely am I to have a chance at IB roles whilst studying irrelevant master's program for the most part.

LSE without a doubt. Reputation and network far better then Cass. Haven't seen an application from Cass (that made it through HR before reaching us) in years.

LSE, no comparison.
Cass is an expensive overrated program w/ a wide spectrum of student quality in a good location.
LSE gets you the 'smart card' to play and an amazing network. You may have to hustle a bit harder w/ training and reaching out, but the LSE stamp of approval outweighs a better tailored program at Cass.
