I am considering a role at Luma partners, the boutique/LMM IB firm (ignore handle - that’s old).
What are people’s opinions about this place? The founder seems quite a character. Heard they had a blowout year in 2021 but a bunch of people since left. Do you think this is a good opportunity / would you take it?
