I'm very interested in getting into a generalist product group; i.e. in M&A. However, I know they are generally considered to be "process teams". Could anyone dive deeper into what that means? Also, is this true for every bank? I know MS is very much like that but not sure about other BBs or EBs. Also, what is the generally accepted ranking of top M&A groups in London right now?
