Solid deal flow for an MM bank (in London, that is). Almost exclusively covers Insurance Broking, I don’t do anything else. The team culture is good but early years hours are pretty bad (1-2am average finish, solid 5-6 hours sat and sun). Exposure is great An2 can lead a DD session if you’re good. Top performer bonuses are good in this team, mid-bottom are not good at all.
Forgot to mention, notable past deal is advising Warburg Pincus on SRG buyside (£1bn+)
