Any idea about analyst bonuses at these places? Both glassdoor and wso database show low bonuses c.15k for AN1, which is not even half of what most top places or even MMs pay. Would like to know the real figures as I am interviewing with both places now.

At Macquarie all analysts receive the same bonus the first year which ranges depending on firm profitability but is typically in the $25-45 range.
Maybe 15k in London idk, but that sounds horrible.

Should note that bonuses at all levels are always aligned with Macquarie’s fiscal year, which ends in March. So the first year bonus is a 8-9 month stub.
