Currently at a small family office focused on direct lending and have an upcoming interview for an Analyst role at Marlborough Partners in London. My background is a bit unconventional as this was my first job out of uni, so the IB recruiting process is relatively new to me.
Does anyone know what to expect in terms of technicals, case study, and culture? Any insights would be much appreciated.
