Massive layoffs coming at CS?
Head of Global Investment Banking (Christian Meissner) just announced resignation
This was the guy who was sending out firm-wide emails that all things will be fine just until last week
On top of that 2 of the largest coverage group heads are also rumored to be leaving
Was at the canteen and saw a bunch of directors and VPs talking about finding a new job or leaving soon - I never saw so many mid-level guys talk about such topic so publicly/openly before
Firm also just got hit with another $495m fine and is selling the US AM business ASAP
